COVID-19
Dear Patient,
We are currently still operating as usual and all offices are open. Our staff is dedicated to ensure continuity of care to all our established and new patients. In effort to minimize the spread of the COVID 19 Virus we have opened up Tele Medicine (certain restrictions apply) to your home for your medication management appointment for all patients. This is just a temporary release from the state and government until we all get through the threat of the virus. Please call the office to see if you are approved to have your appointment this month conducted via Tele Medicine to your home.
As always please be reassured we are continuously cleaning and have a travel screening questionnaire in place to maintain a safe environment for all patients and staff.

Our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding scheduling and payment arrangements. CMHC offers 9 (nine) conveniently located facilities in the heart of Central Florida. We offer extended hours Monday through Saturday by appointment and accept same-day appointments (based on availability).
